I really like the colours.
Not sure what will be the respond, but I think it would be good if you could ask them to pose for you are a few seconds. Or at least take some 'face shots' of the workers. Not sure if that is entirely feasible.. I'm just suggesting because seeing their faces I think will tell a much better story. Just my personal opinions really :)
